Aftercare Glanmire

Welcome!

We provide after-school care to the children attending Gaelscoil Uí Drisceoil. Our service is situated onsite at Gaelscoil Uí Drisceoil. Fees are charged per hour or part thereof.

The staff will collect children from Junior Infants to Sixth Class, and provide care up until 5.30pm.

A quiet time and place is set aside so that children can do their homework.  With a generous ratio of adults to kids we provide as much assistance as each child requires.

We recognise the importance of the parent’s role in homework support and we encourage them to check work completed, hear reading again, etc, and play an active role in the homework support and supervision of their child.

We serve a hot, nutritious snack each day and there are plenty of age-appropriate, fun activities. These activities often include sensory play, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and lots of experiments! Priority is given to the outdoors, we have full use of the school grounds which provides us with plenty of outdoor space for fun and engaging activities.

Please contact us for more information or to book a place.

What Our Families are Saying

Toddle Inn is second to none, Kelda runs a professional and caring where every child is nurtured and made feel special, its very obvious that the teachers are child-centered and each child’s interests are explored, Toddle Inn really is the best start you could give your child – Ed & Denise

Our daughter skips to school daily and is developing leaps and bounds every day. She loves her teachers & friends so much so we play pretend school at home every day! The interactive communication between school and parents is excellent and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. – Niamh Buckley

Each and every staff member are kinder and more considerate than the next. The children are at the core of everything that happens at Toddle Inn. The respect shown to the children is reflected in how they respect each other. Our child has learned so much science, handwriting, and the importance of reading.- Emma Buckley
