Our Home from Home Approach Makes Learning Childs Play
At Toddle Inn Childcare we’ve created a special place where your child’s sense of wonder and natural
curiosity will be nurtured every day by our passionate and enthusiastic team.
To ensure that the developmental, educational, emotional, and social needs of each child are met daily. We aim to make Toddle Inn Childcare accessible to all members of the community, regardless of race, gender, family status, age, disability, or religious belief. We operate within the Childcare (Pre-School Service) (No 2) Regulations 2016 and The National Standards for Pre-Schools.
We aim to deliver a quality curriculum which addresses children’s wellbeing, identity and belonging, communication and exploring and thinking, using the principles of Aistear, the Early Childhood Curriculum Framework.
What We Offer
To you it’s play, to them it is learning. Between the age of 1-2 years, your child takes their first steps and really begins to explore the world around them.
At Toddle Inn Childcare we’re there every step of the way to support and nurture their natural curiosity. Every day is action packed with exciting child initiated activities designed to nurture their development.
There’s large movement activities that develop children’s balance and gross motor skills, there are all types of art, there’s water and messy play, dressing up, garden time, tumble tots, singing, dancing, and early language activities.
Your child is quickly gaining a new confidence in themselves and also developing a deeper understanding of the world around them.
At this age they’re ready for a little more structure and new fun challenges as well as free play and rest periods. As your child discovers their own independence, we encourage and guide them to further develop their confidence, their intellectual, social and emotional development as they explore their environment.
This is the next stage in Toddle Inn Childcare, we recognise that these years are especially important and lay the foundations for your child’s primary education.
We understand that all children develop at different stages and our pre-school class room structure allows our dedicated carers to access how each and every child in our care is managing the different tasks set.
At Toddle Inn Childcare we believe in a fun, play based approach to learning and development in the early years.
Our carer’s are passionate about childcare and expert in supporting your child’s development within a playful and fun atmosphere. Every child’s journey is unique and is recorded in a Learning Journey story book that is filled with paintings, collages, drawings and photographs of your child and their new friends.
Philosophy & Mission
We aim to deliver a quality curriculum that addresses children’s wellbeing, identity and belonging, communication, and exploring and thinking, using the principles of Aistear, the Early Childhood Curriculum Framework.
Helping Your Child Explore, Grow, & Learn
We aim to employ friendly, enthusiastic, dependable, mature, and professional staff through our rigorous recruitment and selection policy.
We endeavor to promote strong relationships between home and school. We share information and communicate with parents directly and give feedback at the end of each day to ensure that parents are made aware of how their child’s day has been.
We also wish to promote a positive atmosphere where children, staff, and parents are treated with respect.
